The CIP system is equipped with HMI, all process parameters can be adjusted, the interface is friendly and easy to operate;
Automatic preparation of cleaning solution concentration through metering pump;
Conductivity detection to automatically determine the final cleaning effect;
All process parameters, process data and alarm records can be automatically stored to ensure data integrity;
The programming of PLC or DCS conforms to ISA S88 standard, and meets the requirements of batch production Customers can flexibly adjust the formula to meet the needs of different production processes;
Provide complete traceability documents meeting the requirements of FDA, EMA and who GMP.
