Automatic ultrasonic vial washing machine is an indispensable equipment in the vial line. The equipment is used in the production of sterile products such as sterile powders, freeze-drying powders and sterile liquid within biopharmaceutical industry, which fully complies with the requirement of GMP. The equipment mainly adopts functions of ultrasonic cleaning, high-pressure water spraying, backwashing and air drying to ensure the effectiveness cleaning. The equipment employs frequency variable speed regulator to maintain stable operation and low broken bottle rate. It can accommodate all kinds of bottles. By changing the turning track and wheel, it is very convenient to change the specifications of the vials.

The tunnel oven is composed of preheating section, sterilization section and cooling section. It is suitable for drying and sterilizing ampoules and vials. The tunnel temperature can be set arbitrarily below 350 ℃. After passing through the cooling section, the bottle temperature will not be higher than 15 ℃ than room temperature. The dryer sterilizer has elegant appearance, compact structure and reasonable HMI. Class 100 laminar flow devices are installed in preheating section and cooling section. The machine adopts intelligent temperature control instrument, automatic temperature recorder and wind pressure meter. It is equipped with stepless speed regulation system.

The filling machine is suitable for filling sterile liquids into containers and inserting stoppers into the containers stably. Different dosing systems can be installed according to product characteristics. oRABS shall be provided above all process areas. It has high positioning accuracy, stable driving, accurate dosage, simple operation, and can also protect the bottle cap. The machine has programmable control, no bottles, no filling, and no capping. The machine is designed and manufactured in compliance with GMP standards.

The capping machine is mainly used for capping aluminum caps or aluminum-plastic composite cap vials in the sterile product vial production line. It is specially used for aluminum cap locking of vials, cartridge bottles, glass bottles, and other containers. It is suitable for aluminum-plastic caps, automatic locking lid of pure aluminum lid. It is mainly used to meet the needs of small and medium-sized batch production tests in the pharmaceutical industry and laboratories. The machine has been designed and manufactured conforming to GMP standards.
